I’m absolutely thrilled with how these turned out! These are the best pancakes I have ever tasted. I’m always searching for ways to make not healthy foods a little more healthy, especially since my 9 year old is such a picky eater. He said they tasted like dessert pancakes!! These are absolutely loaded with superfoods and vitamins because of the Shakeology. I’ll be making these a lot this holiday season!
Vanilla Pancakes
3 cups cake flour
3 tablespoons baking powder
2 cups vanilla almond milk or organic milk
2 whole large eggs
4 tablespoons melted organic butter
1 scoop vanilla Shakeology
Mix flour, baking powder, and vanilla Shakeology in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix eggs and milk, then combine with dry ingredients. Stir in melted butter gently. Add more milk if batter needs thinning. Cook on a hot griddle and top with organic whipped butter and maple syrup.
