My toddler has a battery operated car he loves to drive around. Often when he's riding around he will drive straight into something and get stuck. Typically he. will just sit there and spin his wheels until the battery drains down rather than get out and move the car around the obstacle. When your 2 that's normal. He thinks if he just keeps pressing that peddle he's going to get somewhere.
The crazy thing is...we as adults often do the same thing. We're going along, everything's going smooth and suddenly we hit something and we're stuck. But, instead of owning it and getting out of our comfort zones to do something about it we sit there, spinning our wheels until we, like my toddler, get frustrated and give up. We tell ourselves we can't do it, or it's never going to change, when all we have to do is get out and change it. So tell me when you hit that obstacle that will keep you from reaching your goals and all God has in store for you will you give up??? Or will you get out and move your little car around it so you can keep going??
