Do you like hummus? I didn't like hummus at all until I tried this. I could eat this with every meal! Hummus is full of protein and ridiculously easy to make at home. My kids love it too!
3 cups cooked Great Northern beans
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 cup evoo
1/3 cup water
3 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste, and a little chopped rosemary. You can add in 1/4 cup tahini if you want.
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Transfer to a saucepan and heat on medium until warm. Goes great with raw or roasted veggies.
