CLEAN EATING isn't about eating low-fat and low-calorie foods. Often those foods are high in sodium, chemicals, and have little nutritional value. It's about eating whole, real, minimally processed food. Think long term when you eat, do you want results or instant gratification?

One thing I'll never understand are excuses! Make your WHY bigger than your excuses and you'll find a way to succeed!! If you want something worth having you have to make it work no matter what. It may take sometime but if you KEEP GOING and don't give up you'll get there. Now go kill that workout!!
No matter what frightens or discourages you, you don’t have to go through life trapped in fear. How can you be free of it? FAITH cancels out fear. Faith is stronger than fear. Fear is real and it’s strong, but faith is stronger. The Bible is full of verses about overcoming fear, but one of the most powerful is 2 Timothy 1:7: "For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." Power? What power? The power of faith. As you go about your day, say to yourself, "I am strong in the Lord. I am not afraid. For God has not given me the spirit of fear; but of power and of love and of a sound mind."

I’m always searching for ways to make not healthy foods a little more healthy, especially since my 9 year old is such a picky eater. He said they tasted like dessert pancakes!! These are absolutely loaded with superfoods and vitamins because of the Shakeology. I’ll be making these a lot this holiday season!
